Why SP Consulting exists
SP Consulting started in 2015 with a simple frustration: too much good consulting ends as a well-received report that never changes anything.
Big-firm methods are rigorous, and they can move large organisations. But the people who do the thinking often leave when the project ends, and the capability leaves with them.
So SP Consulting works differently. We go after the actual problem rather than the presenting one, work alongside the people who will still be there after we've gone, and give candid advice in plain English.
More than a decade on, that approach has taken us into over 35 engagements with government departments, regulators, ASX-listed companies, start-ups and not-for-profits.
