MEET THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Shishir Pandit
Strategy & Operations Consultant.
Bachelor of Commerce / LLB (Hons)
Shishir specialises in helping organisations and individuals define their strategy, drive major change, and overcome their biggest challenges. His experience spans an extensive range of industries (including energy, agriculture, not-for-profits, education, health, financial services, retail and Government).
With clients describing him as engaging, genuine and a strong strategic adviser, he has delivered results for sector-leading organisations such as Ampol, Bupa, the Australian Dairy Plan, the NSW Government, Deloitte and other organisations in the midst of rapid change. He’s also the ardent CEO of The Global Consulting Group, a not-for-profit consulting organisation with 150+ volunteers, as well as a former Observer on the Gardiner Foundation Board.

He's passionate about working together with like-minded people on meaningful projects.

Shishir holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Laws (Honours) double degree from Monash University. He's received multiple awards including a state finalist position in the Drake International Victorian Young Business Person of Year award, as well as social impact-focused awards from the Victorian State Government, the City of Monash Council, and the Foundation for Young Australians.
